MPC Student Ministries
FAQ'S
What are you all about?
MPC Student Ministries exists, first and foremost, to provide a place for young people grades 6 - 12th grade to experience the love of Christ. Although we organize and participate in a lot of crazy, fun and exciting activities, our vision and mission are always at the forefront. We believe in Christ's Message in Today's Language. The message is... Jesus loves you and has a plan for you. Our foundation, God's Word "The Bible"
Who is Involved?
Students, of course, lots of them from 6th grade - 12th grade. Our leadership team consists of many... Our Director, veteran student ministry pastor Jim Beirne, our student ministry team that consists of an assistant to the director, and four interns (College age and looking at a future serving Jesus and Kids). We also have a corps of parent volunteers that help in a variety of ways. Together we endeavor to lead, disciple, nurture and grow your kids in their knowledge of Christ and His love. Staff and volunteers are carefully and thoroughly screened and pass a yearly Washington State Patrol Background check
When do you meet?
We have many meeting opportunities for youth. Kids in this age range are relational by nature and love to gather and socialize. We meet Sunday nights 6-8 pm at MPC. Our Home Base is the Alpha Lounge which is located at Mukilteo Presbyterian Church. Our groups are very active so please check the Events Page before group as we often meet off-campus for special events. Looking for more, we also meet up at various times and dates for small group bible study, service projects and special events. It seems exhausting, but it's what we love to do.

Discipleship Groups:
MPC Student Ministries
" In discipleship groups students can get close enough to know each other, to care and share, to challenge and support, to confide and confess, to forgive and be forgiven, to laugh and weep together, to be accountable to each other, to watch over each other and to grow together. Personal growth does not happen in isolation. It is the result of interactive relationships. Discipleship groups are God's gift to foster changes in character and spiritual growth." Dr. Gilbert Bilezikian
